  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS to monitor your delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, X pressbees, and India Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 – 8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to natural delays, festive seasons, or logistics issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on minimum order values as mentioned on our website.

4. No Cash on Delivery (No COD)

  • To maintain smooth operations and product safety, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages
